We realise that the last thing you want to do after a long stressful flight is worry about how you are going to get home or where your driver is, which is why we will meet you in the arrivals hall and escort you to our waiting car. We believe we offer the best fleet of luxurious cars in London, Surrey and adjoining counties which is why Aclass Executives is fast becoming the name people turn to when they require a level of excellence rarely found in other chauffeur companies.

Our fleet includes comfortable and luxurious Mercedes, Range Rover and Bentley. For larger groups, minibuses and coaches can be arranged on request.

What if i want to change the location while on ride?

What should i do if i forget my flight number?

Kindly mention the name of airline, time and city of arrival in the section 'Other Requirements' so we can track the respective flight.

When is my ride charged to my credit card?

Your credit card is charged for the ride at the time of booking.

How do I make changes to my booking?

Just log in to your account and click on RIDES section on the top of the page to select the ride you want to modify. After choosing the ride, you will be directed to a page with all the ride details. Here you can change the car class, time & date, drop off location, pickup location, and additional information. You can make changes to one-way rides up to one hour before the pickup, whereas, for hourly rides, you can make changes up to 24 hours before the pickup time.

How do I add extra stops to my one-way/transfer booking?

One-way/transfer bookings are not allowed to have extra stops along the way. In case you want to make one or more stopovers, we recommend you to book an hourly ride that allows you to stop at one or more places as per your convenience. We also recommend you to write all your stops in the Notes for the driver box.

What if my flight or train is delayed?

We understand that trains and flights can face unwanted issues. In case your arrival is delayed on a train station or airport due to issues that are beyond your control, we provide a complimentary wait time of up to 60 minutes. Providing your travel details while booking helps our drivers to track you and adjust the pickup accordingly.

Are the prices shown per person or per vehicle?

The prices displayed on our booking platforms are always per vehicle that includes all gratuities, taxes, and fees. The maximum number of passengers and bags allowed for a comfortable ride is displayed under each car class. Vehicle price stays unaffected with the number of passengers.

What to do if I forgot to add a voucher code?

You can only add voucher code to an upcoming ride. Call our Customer Care team to add the voucher code later in case you forgot to add it while booking the travel. Note that, no voucher codes will be entertained on an ongoing ride or a ride that has already taken place.

What is ACE’s cancellation policy?

For hourly bookings, we offer free-of-charge cancellation if there are more than 24 hours left for the agreed pickup. TOTAL PRICE must be paid if you cancel an hourly booking in the last 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. Similarly, for transfer/one-way bookings, we offer free of charge cancellation if it’s done 2 hours before the pick-up time. TOTAL PRICE must be paid if you cancel a transfer/one-way booking in the last hour before the agreed pickup time. All type of booking cancellations must only be done either by calling or emailing us.

How do I change or remove my credit card?

Log in to your account and open your profile. Click on the PAYMENTS section where you will find all your added credit cards. Click on the three dots visible on the right side of the card to delete a card or, click on the plus (+) sign at the top right corner to add a new card. Note that adding a credit card will not affect your ongoing rides. However, you will need to re-book your rides in case you remove the credit card used for bookings.

Where to add my flight number if I forgot to add it while booking?

Log in to your account and go to RIDES. Select the ride in which you want to add the flight number. Click on EDIT. You can now add your flight number here.
